Rejection is one the most painful things that can happen to someone. For those of you that are going to contradict, remember that pain is relative. Every one handles rejection differently. Some sink into a hole, some go into denial. Some have committed suicide because of it. I think the way to measure the degree of pain from rejection is by knowing how much the person suffering from it loved the person or thing he/she was denied.
Rejection like I have said before is a necessity in life. So the only way to reduce the effect of rejection starts with all of us. We have all rejected someone in this life, whether it's at work or at home or anywhere. Whether it's a lover, or a friend or an employee. Releasing someone from duty is also a form of rejection.
We all need to be gentle when rejecting someone or something from someone. Try putting yourself in their shoes. Imagine how you would feel if you were rejected like that (I know someone of you are heartless,no offence but it's the truth) just reject the person in a way you would want to be rejected.
It doesn't cost much to just reject someone or something nicely. Do to others what you want them to do to you remember?
