Strap on a Pair

Maturity is a thing of the mind. You can be 50 years old and still act like a child. There is nothing worse than seeing a grown person exhibits the traits of a young preteen. People think acquiring age is the same thing as acquiring maturity. I'm so sorry to burst your bubble but it's not. Normally as we grow old we are to learn from our mistakes and past experience, sadly that's not the case for everyone. Some just grow old with empty cells for maturity. Some are lucky enough to even be more mature than their age.
It is not a pleasant thing to be in your early 20s and somehow still have to treat those around you specially because they behave like kids. Ever being in that situation with someone, where you are both having a squabble and the person starts to return items that belong to you? I mean come on, let's grow a Pair.
It's not so difficult to train yourself to be mature from where I stand. You have to learn the scared act of "Shutting the Fuck Up" (excuse my language). Whenever your mouth has the need to open before your brain can think,close it. Not everything and not everyone in this life deserves a response from you. Not every action deserves an equal or opposite reaction from you. The person who said "silence is the best answer for a fool" was definitely not a fool.
Give a little mystery, let people wonder what exactly it is that sets you off. Pick your battles, remember the end game is to win the war. In essence what I'm trying to say is be smart... Grow up. Leave the childish acts for the actual kids.

Let's Beef It Up

Okay, so i woke up this morning to a very disturbing post on twitter. I open my phone and what do I see? Cynthia Morgan's what? Snapchat? Now I don't know what went down between her and Davido, but she didn't need to slander the guy on social media. I mean I love the both of them, but when would Nigerian artist stop with all these beef. Cynthia I could not even understand what you were ranting about, all I could hear were the vulgar languages.

I don't know about all of you, but there are some certain things a lady should not do in public. If you are going to do it at least let us understand you, then again I don't know how angry Davido must have made her.

Seems like everybody wants to be part of this beef. I won't be surprised if later in this week, more people that absolutely have nothing to do with this beef in the first place start to join in. It's not a competition people, it wasn't even supposed to get this far. Then again this might just be publicity stunt, it's like Wande saying "oh you know what, Olamide mentioned my name, let me get in on this" Lol.

But in all seriousness, we really need to stop all these irrelevant beefing. Nigerian Artist please take a page from Jay-z and Beyonce's book. 

The sad part about all these rivalry, is that the moment that was supposed to make the Headies2016 a memorable one was so by-passed. I mean people for God's sake Eva had a beautiful proposal. Eva if you are reading this, congratulations girl. Everyone can remember that day the way they want to, but you and your darling fiance would remember it the way it's supposed to be remembered. A beautiful day, that begins the journey of your lives together forever. It is truly a wonderful way to start the new year. Have a blissful marriage honey.

What A Fabulous Entrance Into The New Year

I'm sorry, I know this might be a bit unprofessional but I have to laugh. This is extremely funny. I believe everyone knows what I'm talking about, for those of you that don't, don't worry, I have all the gouging details.
So I watched The Headies 2016 for the first time last night/this morning. I must confess, I wasn't enjoying it at first, until olamide blew my brains with his kanye stunt.
To be completely honest I'm not against Olamide's actions. I understand his pain and it's not like as if he was making noise for an award for himself. If you ask me Don Jazzy was the childish one. He did not need to turn it into something it was not. He totally took the situation to a whole different level. He did not have to mention Olamide's name. That was just plain stupid.
All of you supporting Don Jazzy, I have one question for you all, do you think you are part of his "children"() that will get free car? If that's whats on your mind then I suggest you wake up from your slumber.
And where does Don Jazzy get off saying things like "Egbun olamide, if you want the car, come and take it"? Such nerve. He totally missed the point. It was never about the car, please Baddo can buy 10 of that car. It was about the recognition, the fact that Don Jazzy couldn't see that shows that he is not very smart and he lacks maturity.
I'm sorry y'all, it looks like I'm taking sides. I'm trying not to but it is so difficult. Don Jazzy has fallen my hands,feets and everything. I expected better from him. And can someone please explain to me why he has to involve D'banj in this mess, insulting the innocent guy. "D'banj should be the next to recieve this, not me" that's BS! He just said that to silently insult the guy and that's not cool.
All in all this was a nice way to start the New Year (maybe I'm just saying that because I love to see drama). I would have preferred it if some punches were thrown (just kidding ). I like the maturity of some of those involved(not going to mention names).

New Me Every Year

First off, I would like to wish all you darlings a happy holiday. Compliments of the season y'all, hope you all had a good wholesome time this festive period. Well that will soon be over, because come Monday, y'all have have to pack your things and head to school and work or whatever it is that you do. So, I know I have not been writing much, probably because I have been too busy having fun, hahaha. Anyways, I'm here now so let's Get Real.
Let's talk about all you "New Year,New Me" peeps out there. Now I'm going to level with you guys and be real. you see that 'New Year,New Me' crap, that's that bullshit. Honestly, it repulses me to hear that. Truth be told, you are not going to change a damn thing about your personality, so why say crap like that? You guys should stop with this nonsense. Just today, more than ten have asked me for my New Year Resolution, here is your answer people,my New Year resolution is no New Year resolution.
Some of you can do some New Year,New Me stunt every 1st of January and still go back to your previous ways on the 2nd. So please what's the point? Next time do the world a favor and shut up.
Leaving all the negatives aside [because I basically have nothing else to say], you all should have a blast this New Year. Please don't enter your New Year with negative thoughts. I give you my favorite quote of all time "positive thinking only".  Do not surround yourself with negative energy, be around positive people all the time. Most of you don't know how hard others have it, so in all that you do always seek the positive side of things. Remember God can't give you a problem that is bigger than you, so no matter the problem always believe that there is a way out. That is the only way to a truly happy and successful life. Trust me, I should know. I'm always a happy child and that is because I choose to always be happy and positive no matter what. Life is too short to be so negative, it cost nothing to be positive in life mehn.
It's never too late to catch up on all your dreams and goals. Use this new year to work on them. Forget all the gossip, bickering, fighting and them broke boys. There are bigger and greater things in life that are far more relevant than those nonsense you entertain yourself with.
I just saw one funny post, it goes "if we don't talk 31st dec 2015,23:59 then we are not friends" now i know the person that put up this post and this was written with reference to a friend she had a squabble with. I'm sorry to say but this just childish and not christian like at all. You can't say that because you can't settle your differences with someone. You never know where you might need someone.
So to end this, don't be foolish this year, make wise decisions.
